Wedding skin is its own category. The goal isn't a dramatic transformation in the final weeks — it's calm, clear, luminous skin that photographs beautifully and feels like you. Here's how we approach bridal and event skin at RAISED.
Start three to six months out
If you have specific concerns — acne scarring, uneven tone, texture — the ideal window to begin is three to six months before the wedding. That gives time for a series of treatments like microneedling or chemical peels to do their structural work, with recovery built in between sessions.
The final month
In the last four weeks we shift to gentle, glow-focused treatments. A HydraFacial one to two days before the wedding is our go-to — it refines and hydrates with zero downtime, so skin looks its best the morning of. We avoid introducing anything new or aggressive in the final two weeks.
- 3–6 months out: address scarring, tone, and texture in a series
- 4 weeks out: transition to gentle, glow-focused treatments
- 1–2 days before: a HydraFacial for immediate luminosity
- Final 2 weeks: no new products or aggressive treatments
What to avoid
Resist the urge to try something new right before the event — a peel you've never had, a strong active your skin isn't used to. The risk of a reaction is never worth it in the final weeks. Stick with what your skin already knows and responds well to.
The best wedding skin is skin that's been cared for consistently — not skin that's been rushed at the end.
Don't forget the bridal party
A girls' morning of facials before the wedding is one of our favorite things to host. It turns a stressful week into a ritual — and everyone walks down the aisle glowing. We can accommodate small groups with advance booking.
